It is faphotos.com’s standard practice to address and react to all valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that adhere to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the text of which is available at http://www.copyright.gov) or any other applicable intellectual property statutes.

faphotos.com offers an image-sharing platform with capabilities including, but not limited to, uploading, distributing, and viewing adult content. All users of faphotos.com must warrant that they possess the necessary rights to upload and publish any images on faphotos.com. faphotos.com retains the exclusive right to remove or disable access to any user-submitted content that infringes—or appears to infringe—on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Accordingly, responses to claimed copyright violations may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and/or terminating user accounts where appropriate.

If you are the owner or an authorized agent of an exclusive copyright interest and believe that a copyrighted work is posted on faphotos.com in a way that infringes your rights, please provide faphotos.com with at least the following information:

  1. Your handwritten or electronic signature, confirming that you are authorized to act on behalf of the claimed copyright owner;

  3. A clear identification of the content you assert is infringing or at risk of infringement, along with enough information for faphotos.com to locate it (for example, the URL or image identifier);

  4. Your contact information or that of the rights holder, including full name, postal address, phone number, and, if available, an email address;

  5. A statement made in good faith asserting that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

  6. A declaration that the details provided in your notice are accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
